B.O.U.N.C.E. is an evidence-based program developed from the scientific research of human development, neuroscience, social psychology, and positive psychology. Activities are geared towards enhancing the knowledge and skills to build your resiliency muscles. Since groups are small and focused, participants receive the attention and focus required to establish new habits and grow.
The program is 8 modules. Each week you get a coaching video that is 20-30 minutes in duration. Plus, you’ll want to set aside some time to take the assessments and complete your activities. You can do this all on your own time schedule.
You'll have access to your course for 365 days—one year from your enrollment. You can watch and listen as many times as you'd like.
